The concession attendants were ok but there was one girl who was rude and she made an overall bad impression! Also I rude red the barbs brisket sandwich and it was fatty and gross - would not recommend!!!

One suggestion - at food venues, specifically the shaved ice, employees were friendly but fooled around with each other way too much. Stood in line while they threw ice at each other and poked each other with the flavor bottles, specifically Mike. Need more supervision!

I was going to buy 3 frozen pops but canceled one of them because of price was too high. They cost $2.00 each & that's crazy paying almost $7 for 3 & &4.33 for 2. I will be calling corporate office. Plus another thing VIP parking should be free for season pass holders.

The bottoms of the lazy river and pools are cluttered with chunks of cement and sharp endged pvc pipe chunks. Bathrooms dirty and NO changing areas. Very disappointing

After visiting other Hawaiian Falls locations, the one in Garland is in great need of repairs and updates. It also needs healthier food options!

They need something for babies if you can't use your own floats. Life jackets are not the answer. Babies are too small.

I was very angry when enter the park my bag was search through & then told I couldn't have nutri grain bars so then had to throw out. I'm very disappointed I threw food away that was for my 5 year old daughter. This is low class for a place that claims to be servin the Lord.

Not very happy with this visit. They ran out of ice at 4:00 pm and had 4 operating hours to go. Very frustrating and too hot for that to have happened.
