Pubic hair in the bathroom(not mine). Toilet paper dispenser kept falling. had to call security for the part next door at 11pm.

I am staying at the Hyatt Regency for an AKA conference. The atmosphere and staff were very nice. The only complaint I have is that the room attendants were not cleaning the rooms consistently.

Had no Kleenex in room , no shampoo or conditioner

Dirty rooms... Hair in bathroom Needed a rollout for 5th person... But only with $100 a night upgrade which is not allowed thru our business travel Any other hotel I've stayed provides the rollout No pool
