The checkin process had delays. I was told I would be called when a room was ready - but I was not. When I checked back with the front desk, the room was ready after all, but no one had contacted me. There was confusion about if the room had been paid for in advance or if it was being charged at checkin. Multiple attempts were made to charge my card, resulting in declines. The room was quite expensive and I expect better service for $500/night. Apologies were made at checkout were appreciated. Valet service was prompt and very polite.

The hotel elevators were so slow to use. 15 minute wait. There were people eating in the hallways early in the morning and that woke us up. There were hundreds is children at a convention unsupervised.
