Great deal of admission and food for Christmas event. Wish there was more heated facilities available

Weather was unseasonably warm- crowds were huge and lines were ridiculously long, especially for food. Needed more restaurants open

Went for in the dark & family loved it!

We loved the park itself. However we purchased meal tickets to save "up to 25%" amd I feel like it was a scam. We could have paid less or the same for the food if we would have bought it outright. Never again.

The food lines were RIDICULOUSLY LONG and the staff were too slow. I was able to ride 3 rides and take 4 kids to the bathroom before my husband was able to get some ice cream!

loved it. can't wait to go back. trolley ride was the best.

Way too crowded! Good idea gir preview night, but we spent more on the hotel than we got on rides. Only got in five that night, which was more than we did in the two and a half hours we were there the next day.

We love Hershey but it was very crowded and most facilities didn't have enough staff to make it a pleasant experience to buy food/drink/snacks. On a super hot day in August all hands should be on deck.

Wish the food prices were a little cheaper. Also wish there were more rides for littler kids. Also the ride attendants weren't all that friendly. Not smiling....rolling eyes.

Cleaner???? The wait time for some of the bigger rides is very long!!!
