Very clean

Has and awesome time here!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was not as clean as most Hyatts. The bathroom had caulking that was fully cracked and you could see the rust it was trying to cover up. I was disappointed that the bathroom in the room was not as clean as the public restroom near the OC brewery. We stayed at the double tree Hilton the month prior and the rooms there were much cleaner but the staff was not as friendly as the Hyatt. It's a difficult balance because with little ones we want to make sure they are in a clean safe environment. We will certainly give Hyatt another shot because everyone was so friendly but hopefully the management can inspect the cleanliness of the rooms a lot better.

Helpful staff. Had a few special requests that they were able to deliver on every time.

Good clean hotel. Food/beverages are a bit expensive and it cost too much to get anywhere else.
