The attendants are never around or convenient to locate when problems go wrong with slot machines. The promotions booth does not have convenient hours for clients to get coupons or player cards. The women serving drinks have bad attitudes. The facility is always freezing. The machines don't pay and when they do the payouts are lower than other competing casinos. This place should be called Vampire, not Empire, casino because in all aspects it sucks the life out of its patrons. Today I made a decision to unsubscribe from their emails and I am going to stop going to the casino beginning in February and surrender my Elite status because I am sick of losing my money to this place.
