Mandalay Bay

Went to Minus5 ice bar at the Mandalay Bay. The bar itself is nice but the clientele were extremely rude and racist. Such a shame some feel they can look down on others.

The Mandalay Bay Aquarium was a wonderful way to escape the busyness of the strip. The kids loved it! We went and ate lunch prior to going into the aquarium and were highly disappointed in the way we were treated by the employees at the pizza place there. We were also disappointed by the lack of changing tables in the bathrooms at Mandalay Bay. These two things aside, we were able to really enjoy our trip to the aquarium. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Vegas.

Staff very friendly. Bell man broke my luggage, bought it to my attention and he helped me file a claim. Mandalay immediately helped me purchase another bag. Service was great.
