This morning I needed an extra towel, it took over 30 mins to get one and I still didn't get a full body towel, just two hand towels. They said "that's all we have". The fact that a huge hotel chain like this can't give me one of the simplest of things is baffling.

I love the rooms and the cleanliness of the room. The restaurant downstairs was awesome and the food was excellent!

Early shift at the front desk were friendly. When we left to go and get something to drink the night man was just staring, didn't say anything to us. He was rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING! Other than that, great hotel.
