Christian was just the best. Honestly, it was the best massage I have received in the last 25 years of getting regular massages.

Massage therapist was great. Christian was able to work deeply to relieve tight muscles. No soreness next day because he knew how to work deeply without hurting me.

The staff at this H & S is always friendly, and happy to answer any questions or handle any requests that I may have. My services always run on time and last the duration of the appointment. My body issue that I came in to address has resolved and I just keep coming so that I can continue to feel better.
