Elena is always great. I would like to see appointments begin more promptly in general. I also have now had 2 massage therapists leave and when I go to make an appointment am told they are no longer there. Obviously not anyone’s fault people leave but maybe some kind of notice would be nice?

Estetician was very knowledgeable and asviced the right facial. She also helped me choose products perfect for my skin. Great experience!

This Hand & Stone location is always clean and has a great ambiance. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable when I ask any questions. I will definitely continue my membership for a long time to come!

From the time I walked in to leaving the receptionist where extremely nice. Massage therapist was nice and did an excellent job. I wanted to continue laying on her table.

From the moment I step into this Hand and Stone, I feel welcome and relaxed. The receptionists and the cosmetologist (whom I always see even though I don't get facials) are always greet me with a big smile and take care of me right away. My massage therapist, Trace, is outstanding - highly skilled and soothing. He's friendly and professional too. Kudos to a great spa and everyone who works in it!
