Everything was great except for the concession stand. We waited in line so long that we missed half of the game trying to get some food. Then when we finally got to order, they were out of pizza and Pepsi. The only toppings they had for the hot dogs was ketchup and mustard. We couldn't find any forks either. So our hands were dirty from eating with them. And the girl who took our order kept leaving the register in the middle of me ordering to go do other things or talk to people. It was very frustrating to try to order from her. I ended up repeating a couple of items 4 or 5 times. And everything I ordered, she had to look down and find on a price sheet to see how to type it into the register. The concession stand needs to be more efficient.

Most of the stadium staff were very polite and helpful but the lady at the concession stand did not have great customer service. Each time we would tell her something for our order we either got a "hold on, pointing her finger at us as she walked away, or just walked away without saying anything. The food was basic ballpark food but they did have some pretty good fries. Our favorite part was the fireworks show at the end.

We were hosted by a company in a nice suite. Here's a breakdown of the good bad and ugly;)) GOOD- The staff, every person working at Hank Aaron stadium was extremely friendly and welcoming. BAD- the new score board ..... Who's winning?.... No one knows because You can't tell which score goes with which team???? Who designed this new scoreboard?... I would suggest getting your money back. UGLY-- The food was the worst food I've had in a long time, maybe ever. The pizza was raw, not undercooked, but RAW dough. The cookies were either half raw or they were the ones that come out of a package at Walmart that says "soft". I don't know what's happened with the quality of food but it makes me not want to come back. 2-3 times a season we get treated (by a local company) to a game, in a suite, with food. I go because that means I don't have to cook supper that night. After Thursday night's food, I'd rather stay home. The only reason I would come back is because the staff was very nice... However.. I would still have to cook supper because I'm never eating at The Hank again.

My kids received a ticket to the game for the reading program. We went to ticket office when we arrived because my dad is handicapped & he needed a ticket. We told the person at ticket booth he needed tickets by them as we wanted to sit as a family & would exchange the ones they received & purchase others if needed. He sold us the handicap ticket and said we would be by the kids. when we got to the section the guy seating everyone/checking tickets wouldn't even allow the kids to sit in an EMPTY seat near my dad because our ticket wasn't for that seat. I completely understand if the person would had that particular ticket came, we would have been more than happy to move, but instead wanted us to go upstairs. this was supposed to be a family event in which we weren't able to sit together. I was very disappointed in how that was handled. We ended up leaving early from the game because of this.

The game was rained out. They played for about an hour and then the game was called.
