Sally was very helpful in finding us the right bed, we tried a variety of beds and so we have a range of what was the best bed for myself and my partner. I would highly recommend dreams to my family and friends.

I went to see if can find a mattress within reasonable price range but of a high quality as i am suffering from back pain. The customer services assistant was very courteous and helpful. I took some sort of digital test to assess which type would suit me better. Then customer services assistant showed me diff options & answered almost all questions and my concerns. Also processed my finance application that took bit of time due to some internet issues but over all exp was very pleasant and smooth. Sally was the customer serv assistant who served me and i am very impressed with services

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.They were very knowledgable.Made me feel at ease and was able to look around the shop at my own leisure.My bed is going to be delivered within a week which i was very happy with.I have bought a bed here before and Jav and Sally were very helpful then and that is why i went back to purchase another bed

The bed analasys is a good idea. Various options of mattreses to choose from. Staff politeness. Not too pushy on upsell.

The staff were very helpful and seemed to understand my needs. After assessing my needs the salesperson recommended 3 matresses which they thought would best suit me all were very comfortable and were reasonably priced.
