Sally was extremely professional and listened to my needs, she showed multiple options and was very patient throughout.

The store I placed my order was the Bradford store. Brilliant, friendly , tolerant staff especially store manager, I was really empressed with the quality of customer service I got , I was not the easiest customer changing my mind every two minutes however everyone in the store was brilliant. I would definitely shop here again and I would definitely recommend dreams to people.

The Bradford Dreams representative (Aminah) was extremely helpful and courteous. She is obviously a very experienced rep. Aminah was both attentive and professional at all times. She offered myself and my mother water on several occasions and maintained a safe distance when required. She gave us a discount and free stuff as well. As we left the shop all the stay bid us goodbye.

Orded a new double bed 3weeks ago all came delivered and fitted in a fortnight. Brilliant,,, So we came again to buy 2single beds. The 2 single beds and the headboards are now going to take from the 24th of October to the 24th of November. Before we can have them , because of my lung cancer we needed them soonest for my career. To spend an hour picking the right bed and headboards then sit at the desk while all the paper work is done ,and then the girl looks at the delivery date And tells you the bad news.so what to do after all the time just gone through or say forget it, we Will Go some where else that tells you how long you have to wait for delivery On what you decide on not when all the paperwork is done and all the girl wants is paying.then tells you you will have to wait a month before we can deliver. That's a bit of a con.tell the customer first on the delivery time not after a good hour.

The sales assistant was warm and friendly and provided excellent service.
