We felt comfortable in the store, the assistance was friendly and helpful and we were highly satisfied with our purchase.

Staff member Amina and the Manager of the Bradford Foster square store were absolutely brilliant. Amina was so helpful and explained any questions we had fully. Extremely polite and professional staff, very welcoming. I will definitely be recommending this store to family and friends.

The lady at the store called Aqsa was very helpfull.I had my two little daughters with me which made bed shopping alittle bit dificult but thanks to the lady offering my daughters some books to read it kept them entertained as i placed my order.

Zen was very warm and welcoming, he took his time to understand our needs, he made some lovely suggestions that benefited us. The bed that we wanted wasn't available until in January which was too long but he went in search of one that was available at the quickest time. He made us comfortable and offered us tea.

Our visit was perfect. Your employee Amindh was welcoming, genuine and very helpful. She guided us throughout the transaction with with total professionalism. Amindh gave us advice and choice and at no time did we feel pressured to purchase items we did not need.

I WAS SERVED BY A VERY POLITE KNOWLEDGE GENTLEMAN. WHO LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HAD A CARING ATTITUDE. AT THE END OF THE CONSULTATION HE INFORMED ME HE HAD ONLY BEEN WORKING AT DREAMS FOR 3 WEEKS. THIS GENTLEMAN IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.

Jav was really friendly and inviting from the moment we stepped into the store, till the moment we left, told us everything we needed to know about the type of mattress that suited us best, after we had used the machine to narrow down the type we needed, offered us water afterwards and couldn’t have been a more friendly person, also helped us pick out a couple of pillows which we’ve already used and had the best nights sleep!! We’ll definitely be going back in the future when we’re ready for a new bed frame!!
