The sales woman went to get her colleague who was a physio when I described my issues (hypermobility) showing she was more concerned about helping me rather than getting her commission. They worked together to get the right combination of mattress and pillow to address my physical needs in terms of support and coolness. They were happy for me to move back and forth between two different mattresses to be sure I had the right one. The man who was a physio gave valuable advice not just about the choice of bed but also which pillow and how best to position the pillow for neck support. Having someone who knew what they were talking about anatomically was really important and a great asset to the store. I'm part of an EDS group and I'll be letting people there know about the excellent support, which is often hard to find.

We was really surprised on all the help and product knowledge the sales assistant Solly gave to us. As we came to dreams after visiting Bensons for Beds and got no help or assistance there. We advised Solly on what we where looking for and he met our needs very highly. He never tried to sell us anything over the odds. We informed him we had just bought a house so was looking to upgrade our current bed and mattress. He then asked us what our preferred mattress type was and we was unsure so took us to the dream tester bed to show us which mattress would meet our needs. He then showed us a select few of mattresses all in different prices ranges and materials. He was absolutely fantastic! A credit to the dreams team at Blackburn.
