The first staff member wasn't helpful at all as he was not listening to what I wanted. But Matthew who was another staff member took over and was very helpful and he actually listened to what I was saying

Mainly due to Matthew he was very friendly and listen to what I wanted, never tried to pressure sell and treated like a person not a problem.
