On arrival the member of staff (Solly) was very welcoming and extremely helpful. We wasnt sure what type of mattress to buy, but Solly set us up on the Dream bed that measured exactly which type of mattress we need. Solly showed us around the different types of mattresses that suited out needs and was very patient with us, we had our two children with us causing mayhem, which can be stressful, Solly made us feel welcome and that it wasnt an issue. Very satisfied with our purchases and cant wait for them to arrive.
