Extremely friendly whilst keeping safe with the hygiene procedures. I am in the government vulnerable people and do not like shopping as I rarely feel safe. Despite this I felt safe at Dreams.

The store layout allowed for the viewing of a good selection of different beds to help decide what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout, whether or not we made a purchase.
