I was greeted by one of the sales team when I entered the store and was asked if I required any assistance with out feeling pressured. Once I explained I was after a new mattress it was suggested that I went on the 'test' bed (can't remember the name for it) to see what would suit me the best. This took at lot of guess work away and the concern of buying the wrong mattress. I was given enough information about each mattress and plenty of time to try each one. I was impressed enough to also buy a new bed.

I came in to the office undecided on whether I needed to buy bed but the staff in the store were fantastic and I walked away purchasing a bed, it was that great, I came back the next day to order more bed.

I gave very good marks for this store because I was served very professionally by an employee who advised me about the mattress. After selecting the goods, he also told me how to protect your new mattress and how to choose pillows. I'm very happy.

Very friendly and good athis job

Good service, speedy, my mum has dementia and the shop assistant was very patient.

The sales assistants Ian and Bill were very friendly and polite. We mainly dealt with Ian this time but I’ve been in store on a previous occasion and dealt with Bill. Both were very keen to help and were knowledgeable about the products. They offered us sound advice about the beds and I would highly recommend the Preston store because of this.

I have had a number of beds from Dreams and happy with choice and price. This latest purchase was just for a headboard but I received the same good service and the salesman Alan was very pleasant.
