The store had level access for me and had good COVID measures in place to make me feel safe to shop in store. I was shown items within my criteria by a friendly salesman who allowed me time to see different products and not feel pressured.

Great customer service helpful friendly and great product and price

As a disabled military veteran my pot of funds is not at the level of dreams prices. Whilst I appreciate the products are of high quality and we were offered a range of products, the one that suited my disability best was purchased at an eye watering price. I asked if a veteran's discount was available but the Male member of staff that Carol asked told us that they could not give it to me because they had applied all the discounts that were available and I could not be offered a veteran's discount. I had hoped a more reasonable price Carol did everything perfectly and she is a credit to your company The prices however are eye watering based on the medical needs of myself the mattress purchased was not the most expensive.

We were served by a chap called Matt who looked after us from the minute we walked through the door. Lovely chap, very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Ian is a straight talking, no pressure salesman who provided us with relevant information, technical knowledge in a non sales environment. The product range was excellent and Ian went through all items and choices in a friendly and helpful manner. We came into the store looking for a bed and left highly satisfied with our purchase.

The appointment started on time. Took the bed test and found mattresses to suit. Tried a few beds and settled on a great product. Assistant knew a lot about the products and was very helpful. Delivery quoted was just less than two weeks

I went shopping for a mattress with my dad. Although I’m 27, a capable adult I look closer to 16. I went to 3 other stores before dreams and actually each one addressed my dad who wasn’t even buying the mattress, I was. Also we weren’t even seen as valued customers. Being black, we felt overlooked and undervalued. At dreams, straight away Bill came to help us out and spoke to us kindly and really supported us. I was treated like someone who was valued straight away and I was grateful.
