The service was brilliant and was very happy with the delivery date and times

Parking (firstly)was easy. I was greeted almost as soon as I walked through the door and offered refreshment and advised where the various types of bed where in the store. Then allowed (without being pestered) to browse the store until I required assistance which was very helpful and friendly

Excellent customer service from Mohammed. He understood our needs and guided us to making a decision without being pushy.

Sales assistant was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He listened to my requirements and helped me make the right choices per my needs.

We could not have received better treatment anywhere. We were welcomed by Mohammed who could not have done more to help us. He left us to browse but the minute questions arose in our minds - he was there! How did he do that? We had vowed not to return to another ‘bed store’ because an assistant dogged our footsteps and tried to answer our questions before they cropped up; it was so uncomfortable. This is, apparently about to time out. If you wish to learn about customers’ experience - allow more time!

The person I spoke with Eddie Kelly had a very high knowledge of the products and could not have been more helpful. I would happily recommend him to my family and friends

Friendly knowledgable staff, good range of products. Even offered us coffee...twice!

We were served by John on both occasions. Could not have been more helpful, patient (I had a 3 and 5yo old with me) and kind. Another staff member gave my kids two books each from the Tokyo2020 athletes. The kids have not stopped looking at them.
