I went in for a specific mattress i'd seen advertised. The store was very quiet so i was able to quickly and easily place my order which, happily, was available for delivery the following week.

The sales assistant was so thoughtful genuinely wanting to help me find the right product not pushy. Gave space to think but would check in to ensure we didn't have any queries. She was clear on price and delivery. I went to furniture village as well but was so impressed with the service I got at Dreams!

I was welcomed but not "pounced on" by the staff. I told them what I had in mind and the salesman took me through the bedframe options, showed me what was in the store and also showed me different colour options on screen. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. He gave me a pillow and I tried a few different mattresses out before choosing the one I wanted. We discussed availability and delivery times and this all helped me to decide which bed to choose. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

The staff at New Malden store are very friendly and helpful. The Price of most mattresses in the store is over our budget but they still answered my question patiently and gave recommendations to us.

Came in needing to get a medium mattress for around £350. Had a very friendly salesman called Eddie come and serve me, he listened to what I needed without trying to push anything out of my price range which I really appreciate. His product knowledge was very good and he found me something within 5 mins. He wasted no time taking my details and arranging delivery and he also took the time to have a nice chat with me about Turkey while I waited. Obviously the need to buy a bed isn’t common but when I do need to purchase one again I’ll without doubt return to dreams. Thank you :)
