I went into dreams thinking I was just going to try some mattresses out. The lady that served us was very good. She showed us the bed machine that works out what type of mattress we should have and showed us the various types, she also advised on others. She seems very knowledgeable about each product, but with no pushy sales. We ended up buying a mattress but probably wouldn’t have if she hadn’t have seen so helpful.

My wife and I had been shopping around for a Soft-Medium Super King, but struggled with cost of a good mattress. Your store attendant offered his help when we arrived, then realizing we were just looking and feeling, gave us time and space. Eventually, we noticed some display stock towards the back, and found a Soft 3200 Super King for £650, with a cover and two pillows thrown in to sweeten the deal. Thanks!

i was really satisfied with the service as the assistance helped us with all the qeustions we asked and he showed us the beds which would be ideal for the grandson but they never had the brown but that didnt stop the assistance finding us another bed in our price range in fact he found us a better one then the one we looked at so we were even more satisfied.

Eddie was really knowledgeable & helpful, and a good laugh too.

The staff were excellent. The man who felt with us was very knowledgeable and he gave us lots of info but no pressure. He allowed us to try things out on our own and was on hand to answer any questions we had. He was brilliant
