I loved the computerised bed that assessed the right mattress for us and the helpfulness of the staff member

We were greeted by friendly staff at the door of the New Malden store. One of the members of staff, Alex listened to everything we were looking for and took her time showing us all the available options and the different prices. She was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions. She didn't pressure into making any decisions and let us take our time with choosing the right products for us. The only slight negative is that we're having to wait almost 7 weeks for our delivery but still highly recommend coming here and can't wait for our new bed to arrive!

We are returning customers having already placed an order with Dreams in New Malden just over a year ago, this was mainly due to the customer service assistant - Eddie who was thorough and extremely helpful as we remembered him to be. We also take comfort in knowing that we are receiving the best possible deals available on our chosen products.

Warm welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Alex who liked after us was very helpful and she was more than happy to show us where all the mattresses we wanted to test were, she was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision for us.

All staff were very friendly to me and my 2 small children along with offering drinks as we were there for a little while. Mohammed who served us was spot on top sales man and knowledge was top notch.

i was highly satisfied with the customer service I received when I visited the new Malden Branch .The gentleman was polite approachable and helped me and my husband find the right mattress for our needs . I had a good experience with the store my score would be 10 out of 10 .I would recommend the store to my friends and family and most importantly Dreams do great beds 😊

Eddie was so knowledgeable and so helpful in finding a mattress that wouldn’t aggravate my disability. He showed us many different options, pillow options and mattress options to ensure we picked the correct mattress for us.

John the young man who helped us was very kind and helpful. I am 84 disabled and in a wheelchair. Both my husband and myself were overwhelmed with the size and choices available at your store but we were quickly helped to make our choice. We haven’t received our purchase but delivery date is fine and we trust everything will continue to be as good.

The assistant was completely professional he ensured our needs were met very patient and understanding. The care for he gave us during our visit was superb well done. We went to a different bed store before we arrived at Dreams and was hounded by the assistant there, so it was a relief to browse the beds in comfort and peace enabling us to choose a great bedframe and mattress.
