Your staff went above and beyond there duty I was with my daughter and my two grandsons both of which have special needs all the staff kept them busy (which is not easy)whilst we decided on a bed Rhys was very patient one stood made sure they didn’t get out they could see we were getting stressed they were all amazing big pay on the back to them all 😀

Because my partner is disabled the assistant who helped us Andrea, was very, very helpful.

We entered dreams looking for a mattress. We were approached by Andrea your store assistant. She welcomed us and asked if we would like help. Which we did as we were clueless at which mattress is best. She asked a couple of questions and advised we utilise the technology mattress which looks at your sleeping positions. She showed us to the bed, we had our scan and was offered water. Once the results from the machine come out, she provided us with a pillow and Andrea took us around the store showing us the mattresses and providing knowledge on each one. She confirmed which ones had discounts on within the store. She allowed us to test out the mattresses and provided us Time to think about what we wanted to do. Andrea was polite friendly welcoming and everything you look for within customer service. She continued the great service throughout our time in the store and during our order breakdown. Thank you Andrea.

Rhys in the cardiff Newport road branch was fantastic the whole time. Very helpful and friendly with great advice and assistance. Lucky to have him in the store !

We were served by Chase who was very knowledgable and helpful. He helped us to purchase the right product and I was very impressed with efficiency of service we received.

The assistant Andrea was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to us. We really appreciated her knowledge of the bed and mattress that we purchased.

The staff in the store particularly Pam were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products, didn't feel pressurised or rushed at all. Overall a very hassle free transaction. Very pleased.
