We were looking for an adjustable bed for my elderly Father. He was worried about making a decision, worried about the cost and worried about how quickly the bed could be delivered. Elysia was superb with him, using a perfectly judged balance of humour and knowledge of the product which put him at his ease and difused his concerns. She was incredibly helpful, didn’t rush us and made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. Dad left the shop absolutely delighted and very relieved. Huge thanks to Elysia!!
