The staff member we met seem to have good product knowledge, were very helpful but not pushy.

We were difficult customers in that we did not know what our requirement was other than to replace a mattress. Joe was able to provide detailed information on the products available and from our conversation he was able to direct our search. We were able to narrow the selection down to two, we went away to think and discuss then returned to make a decision. We found on both visits that Joe and his colleague were helpful, knowledgeable, there when we needed them without being pushy or intrusive. The whole experience was much better than expected; we are not fond of shopping putting it off for as long as we possibly can!

Because Dan H was not pushy, he listened to what we wanted, and advised us within the parameters of what I asked him for, and because he wasn’t pushy, we spent £180 more on a product than what I was going to spend.

When my wife and I went into the Dreams shop on Thorpe Arch in Wetherby, we were instantly greeted by friendly staff, Joe instantly understood our needs which helped us to decide to buy our new bed.
