Joe was very helpful and attentive but not at all pushy. Gave us the right amount of time to try different beds but was always on hand to answer our questions.

Dan H had excellent customer service skills and product knowledge. He did not rush us, did not try to push the sale and is a credit to the company. The store was bright, clean and well ordered which made the selection process very simple. The offer for the weekend was a good one and, whilst we were dreading the bed buying experience, Dan H made it simple and, dare I say, enjoyable. Thank you Dan.

I explained my needs and was helped by a friendly and efficient member of staff, offered a drink and made sure that my disabled husband was assisted to leave the shop.
