Staff were helpful but not overbearing. We were given time and support as needed.

Dan was extremely helpful and wasn’t in any way ‘pushy’ or condenseding. He was quiet, calm and very easy to ask advice from. He was also very knowledgeable.

The assistant was very knowledgable and attentive and licensed to all my needs . I was very impressed. it makes the visit worthwhile when you get the service and advice you expect from a quality store.

Bought good quality mattress for a fair price and able to deliver quicku. Joe who served us was knowledgeable, happy to help and wasn't pushy.

The store was busy when I arrived but a non sales member of staff made sure I was welcomed and assisted me as far as she was able until a sales assistant became available. She even got me a coffee.
