Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and our salesman. Hot drinks were a bonus and served in a friendly way. We were not put under pressure to buy but allowed as long as we liked to browse. We appreciated that. We did not feel we were being pushed in any pArticular way but making our own choices which is important to us.
