I was looked after by Donna at Dreams store at the Wetherby park, she Donna spent time showing me the different options without pressure. Donna was also friendly and offered cup of coffee while doing the paperwork. Please pass on my thanks to Donna.

He was so helpful, offering us the support we needed and sharing his product knowledge while not overcrowding us and allowing us to chat between each other and not following us round. He was able to offer us clearance stock which was great and made the mattresses enter our price range. His customer service was second to none and he’s a credit to your Thorp Arch store.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, showing my wife and I all the products they had and this was the best for us. We were offered drinks whilst we placed the order and was given a delivery date at that time which was adhered to with text message the day before with time slot and phone call from delivery men with a more precise time on the day. Delivered to the upstairs bedroom where the mattress was required, All went very well.

No pressure sales, not hounded. Relaxed atmosphere, decent brew, very good service.

Dan H in the Wetherby, Thorp Arch Store was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was the fourth bed shop in the area we had been in and he was by far the best assistant. He was friendly and really made the effort to get to know what we needed. I had gone in thinking about a divan bed with storage underneath, but they were more than my budget so he suggested a frame bed which does the same but was in my budget. Before I went into the store, I was feeling panicked that I couldn’t afford what I needed, but when he explained about the frame bed, it put my mind at ease. I really appreciated that as I felt he was honest and I will recommend Dreams going forward.
