Fantastic prices, helpful, good choice

The staff greeted us when we entered the store. And we found the bunk beds we was looking for. We was give the full childs bed brochuor but we had decide on the bed on show. The staff helped us with matresses and was fast on giving us a lead time and quote. Brilliant sevice. Thank you guys. Will definatly use Dreams again. Also you should start giving the teddy bears away. Thank you.

Dan was very helpful as I had a few ideas as to what I was looking for. my mother and I wanted to look at a large number of options and nothing was too much. lots for time taken with us and everything was explained to us in understandable talk. having the time to giving us the information we needed we were about to make a choice without feeling any pressure to buy. which would normally put me off making a purchase. A really fab sales assistant very helpful, knowledgable and more than anything patient. I would go back there, not just for the products but for the service Dan provided.

The staff were really helpful, particularly Nicola. We'd had problems with service at Benson's and products from Wayfair and we should've gone straight to Dreams! Nicola listened to what we needed, found something that suited our budget and was really friendly throughout. Unfortunately she wasn't available when we came to place the order but her colleague was equally helpful in getting it processed. Great service all round and the mattress is really comfy.
