I orderd the bed in store. But i liked the one and it dint haf storage i asked the advisor do u do these beds eith storage and she said no and when i came home i hv seen the bed with storage option online so was gutted that i cudnt order the one i liked

Customer service and returns policy is horrendous. Purchased a memory foam mattress however it had a VERY strong chemical smell and after looking into it I have found the chemicals released by memory foam are actually dangerous, particularly to infants (I have a 3 month old). After leaving the mattress in a spare room with the window open for 3 days, the mattress still smelt strong so I called up to explain and I was basically told it was tough and that the only way I could return this BRAND NEW mattress was to wait 30 days and then say it’s not comfy. I asked for a manager to call me back, however it’s now 2 weeks on and have heard nothing. Will be avoiding dreams at all costs from now on!!
