I was highly satisfied

A quick google showed that we could have potentially got the same mattress significantly cheaper elsewhere; however the sales person (Ellis) was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, so we decided to purchase here.

The staff on both visits were excellent knowledgable and friendly I wanted a quicker delivery but the time given was reasonable

Visit to store was ok, sales assistant was attentive, manager was rude and dismissive.

Although the store was busy there were only 2 staff available to dicuss finance options with which meant I had to wait all in all over an hour to be seen to. I realise this was not the fault of the staff members who were all friendly, polite and professional. There was also a technical issue which slowed service down.

Had found other products in other shops i felt was better quality

Steph made us feel very welcome and delivered great customer service. She went above and beyond to meet our needs

I would of liked more choice of softer matresses. They were mainly med/firm.

the sales women where just that seemed to want to sell me the highest price item instead of the best for me
