From entering the store to buying what we needed very efficient and all products priced to see easily

The store assistant was very friendly and really new the products she was selling well..She gave me lots of advice..Was always smiling and friendly. She wasn't pushy for the sale as this is very off putting but struck a good balance between letting me browse and talking giving advice on the product. She was a credit to the store and company

Two girls Sammy and Louise. Both looked after us fantastically we where offered tea or coffee a seat and lots of knowledge. We would recommend this store at Speke to anyone. Great experience Also one of the girls was new what a great find you have in her. Thankyou Mrs Doreen Hambleton

Shop assistant Tina very helpful explained everything to us and gave very good advice towards choosing which mattress we went on and purchased.

Tina , was very helpful and explained everything I asked about. I havee a disability and she was very patient in showing me all the different mattresses. She made notation on my order that I would not be able to put old mattress in bag provided and would the delivery men do it for me. Which they did happily.

Louise was really kind and helpful. I suffer from fibromyagia and needed a lot of help to find a mattress to siut my needs she was also very good sallespeson

On entering the store we were greeted with a welcoming smile from the shop assistant, Tina. She gave us information regarding the types of mattresses that were available without being too pushy. She delivered the information clearly and professionally. She then left us to walk around and look at the mattresses on display, aiding us by providing pillows to try as we lay in the mattresses. We did go away to think about our purchase and when we came back to the store, from the moment we said we wanted a the mattress we were thinking of buying, Tina assisted us in a very professional and friendly manner. She was a very helpful shop assistant and certainly new her stuff. She had a great sense of humour and we left feeling like we had known her for ages. Tina is definitely an asset to Dreams in Speke!!
