Friendly and efficient.

The assistant Louise is very knowledgeable and super friendly. She is management material.

I have had two visits to dreams, this was my second and this was when I placed my order. Louise helped me both times to decide on what I liked and what was best suited to me. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to be served by. Her knowledge was great and she explained everything fully to me and couldn't do enough which made my experience this rating.

Tina the sales assistant was lovely and helped to guide us to a product that suited our needs and pocket!

I went in to look for a bed and price things up, Louise had a great deal of knowledge and shared this with me. There was nothing she could not answer and was knowledgeable in all mattresses and frames. She really was helpful and I came out with a bed frame and a mattress. Excellent service and really friendly.
