We were served quickly by Steph at the Speke, Liverpool store. She spent considerable time discussing with us our wants and needs, not rushing us at all. She was polite, friendly and even offered us a drink. We tried out several mattresses, and Steph explained each one to us in great detail. She has great product knowledge. She brought us pillows too while we tried out the mattresses which made the descion so much easier. Once we had selected our mattress we moved onto bed frames and Steph priced up several options for us. She gave us loads of time to decide, and was really helpful and swift when we came to buy. A brillaint experience buying our first bed!!

The shop was clean and a very good variety of beds and furniture the staff didnt attack you as soon as you entered they let you look at the products available i was extremely impressed with the staff who were helpful knowkledgable and very supportive really lovely pleasent lady assistant would recomend dreams in speke to all my friends and have already done so keep ul the good work

Dreams delivered on time. Jay and Darren the two lads who delivered my mattress were very polite, efficient and took time to explain what I should do. Very satisfied.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADVISE. EVEN THOUGH PRODUCT NOT INSTORE, ADVISOR HAD GOOD KNOWELEDGE OF THE PRODUCT TO GIVE SUFFIENT DETAILS AND SHOW US SIMILAR PRODUCTS OR SAME, BUT IN DIFFERENT SIZE.
