Susie (store attendant who was brought over from another store - Aintree) was absolutely amazing. She was calm and considered but also understood my individual needs and really helped with my decision to buy. No pressure what so ever.

SAMMY at the store was extremely friendly and very helpful. She made us feel very comfortable offering us tea and coffee. Bob, the other member of staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Vinny was very knowledgable about the mattresses. He provided us with a better quality pillow to take to each bed. He was able to answer all of our questions. He greeted us warmly and offered us a warm drink on a very cold day. We had lots of time to try all the beds in the range we selected. He encouraged us to try them all again till we were certain of our purchase. Once we had decided he completed the paperwork very efficiently leaving us a time to have an afternoon treat in the nearby cafe. A very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

When we entered the store we were left alone till we had time to have a good look around and then Neil approached us with information and advice ,which was very helpful. We actually had a change of mind once we were given some very useful information and ended up with not what we had gone to look for! Neil was very informative on all aspects of our questions.

The assistant I spoke to was exceptionally professional in the information and the guidance she gave me plus the patience she had in helping make the choice in the mattress I was looking for. I went in only too have a look at what the store could offer me.

I had visited the store the previous day and shown an interest in one bed in particular. When I returned the next day, Steph immediately recognised me and remembered the bed I wanted. Steph and Sammy dealt with my purchase. Both were extremely friendly and polite (I was even offered a cup of tea!) Couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
