I was shopping for a bed with my little boy and bob at Speke made us both very welcome , offered us drinks and a pillow for my son to test the mattresses , my son has lots of questions being a busy boy with ADHD ! Bob was great with him and answered all his queries thoroughly thanks

Samantha was very friendly not pushy, & was also asked twice if we wanted a drink which was a nice touch. And was patient with us.
