Friendly staff. Found and got what we wanted.

Susie greeted us warmly on arrival, briefly explained the rating system and even offered us a drink whilst we looked around. After checking out a few beds, Susie asked which we had been the favourite rating/style, we said a 4, so she showed us a few more with that rating. Surprisingly we were asked how we slept (backs, sides, stomachs), Susie suggested actually lying on the beds as we would at home and she offered us some pillows that coordinated with our sleep style. Wow, I was so comfy I could have fallen asleep in the store! When we decided to think about the price and get some lunch, Susie was really pleasant and although did try and sway us with an offer, there was no fuss about us leaving. On our return later in the afternoon, Susie was great and processed our order and arranged a suitable delivery date without a problem. Overall, a great shopping experience and really pleased with our purchase.

The staff where great and processed the order quickly despite the item I wanted being out of stock we settled on one with a decent delivery time

Kacey the young girl who was helping us in store was fantastic. She was showing us all the products that we were looking for and was just very helpful! Also I called the store after I left asking about product availability and Bob the manager was very helpful too seeing if the item I was after was available from dreams.

Susie asked me what I waslooking for and didn’t give me any hard sell and gave me time to browse around the store, and gave me information when required, very good member of staff representing Dreams!!

Very pleasant, friendly and helpful assistant, Susie. Good knowledge of product and my requirements. Greeted quickly and offered a drink and able to test product. also made aware of offers and promotions.

The salesman was helpful and knew his products and was able to advise without being pushy to ensure we go what would suit our requirements

We were weary about coming into store and trying out diffirent matresses as we wasnt sure what it was we were looking for!. We decided to go to the dreams store in speke-liverpool.Bob Pegg was our customer service adivsor and after we explained our problem and what we gave that was a rough idea of what we wanted he narrowed it down to various options but still advised us to keep an open mind as a complete change could be beneficial. We explained our finances and what we could afford wich is when he introduced the pay monthly finance scheme wich sounded ideal for us!, after bob going into extreme excellent detail of what layers are in each individual matress and how they support your body position and weight diffirmce ect we eventually picked ourselves the tempa cool touch contour elite. The friendliest customer service me and my partner have ever experienced from start to finish. Bob has set the bar high in regards of making his customers feel welcomed, appriciated and like they can make there own choise with wise advise behind each enqiery we had regarding any product.

Went to pick a bed with my little boy at the Speke store , my son has ADHD and asks a millions questions a minute . Bob was really friendly and offered us a drink and a pillow so he could try all the beds out properly and have good advice and we didn't feel pressured .
