Sales advisor was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable with products on sale and advised us which mattress was suitable for us

Demonstrated how the bed worked - ottoman and TV. Talked us through mattress quality and styles and what pillows suit our sleep. Offered Hot Drinks throughout our time in the store by several staff - all very attentive. Happy with the purchase we made and the cost was great

We came into the store not really knowing what we were looking for in a bed. Bob gave us demonstrations of the bed we purchased, explained in excellent detail the differences between the mattresses and the benefits. He was very polite and offered us refreshments. A great experience all round.

Young assistant was very customer focused. Extremely helpful considering it was her first week in Dreams. Manager was really helpful too....both are a credit to the company..

The lady who advised us in the store was very helpful and made sure we picked a bed that was suitable for our needs.

The style and build of bed that we were after was straight there when we walked in. The gentleman who served us came over and was more tha. Helpful with information regarding the price and discounts and when we were processing our order he was very informative about the bed and structure and gave us a few tips on how to set it up when it arrived. He offered us some extras which we didn’t need but were happy to be offered.

Service was excellent Very patient staff who interacted so well with my Mum who has dementia. I have already taken a friend into the store and she has purchased a new mattress

The assistant Susie was very knowledge regarding the various matress and beds as we requested a matress we had previously bought from dreams many years earlier which no longer was available, but susie found us one more or less the same; she devoted time and effort to our request and we found a matress and bed we are very happy with.

The service from Kasey, listening to our requirements and offering us a large selection of products to choose from to meet our needs. She gave us excellent customer service. She explained everything in detail regarding the bed/ mattress protection we took out and our delivery arrangements, we did not feel under any pressure to make a sake.
