Diane and two other female members of staff were fully engaging whilst my uncle bought a new mattress. He was quite specific in what he wanted and was provided with examples to try. He didn't take long to choose and proceeded to buy the item. Diane was very informative and explained everything to my uncle.

I found the shop assistant very friendly .He let me try a few mattresses for comfort, and firmness. Now cannot wait to try my new mattress and new pillows out .

Got what I wanted quality. Efficient and excellent service. Great advice from Ant. Served immediately, very friendly. Good quality of bed for a good price. Store was lovely and clean and the overall experience was great. Will be coming again for our next bed.

We were greeted by Sally at our store and she provided us with invaluable help and made the whole experience very easy.

As soon as we entered the store Sammy asked if we needed any help and to shout her if/when we did, she was very helpful and gave us advice to go away and think about. We came back a couple of hours later.

on arrival to the shop store number 329 i was instantly greated by sammy who offered me and my wife a drink. we talked through what we wanted and went through the options we had available to us. sammy then showed us some examplesto try and test . when we were happy with what we wanted she sat us down and went through the finance at no point did i feel pressured into buying the bed and i came out feeling relaxed it was an overall a good experiance .

I usually like to browse first but the friendly manner of the sales lady made me feel at ease .i went through my ideals and Sally was able to guide me from bed to bed and with her knowledge and advice I found my DREAM bed .

There was no aggressive sales technique, just a relaxed atmosphere. Approachable staff who were very knowledgeable about the products and understanding of our needs. Very friendly and let you try out the different matteresses in your own time.

The Sales assistant Kacey was very helpful and honest. She didn’t try to talk me into additional sales as they had in a competitors store. She was knowledgable about the product and I left the store confident I’d made the right choice.
