The most important part of any shopping is, the friendliness and knowledge of the store assistant. I am happy to say that Lucy was able to put us at ease and she was very knowledgeable about the product's she was selling. My wife and I where able to make a purchase and felt that we had bought the right item at the right price. Lucy is a credit to your company and we will be sure to visit Dreams again for all of our bedding needs.

Very customer friendly, advice given on particular sizes for mattresses without asking which was very helpful

was offered assistance, but we declined as we were still browsing. Bob gave us space to carry on browsing, but we could see he was still available to help if needed. We then asked for help and he was very helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They had a very good understanding of both our needs and Dreams product. We will highly recommend the Speke shop and Bob.

Lucy assisted us without delay. We had a product in mind which was online only but I hadn’t realised this at first. Lucy was able to show us other products which would have been similar. My partner and I were then able to decide on that basis that the product we were going for would not have been suitable. She then showed us some other products which she suggested would match our needs. We tried some of them but we weren’t sure. Lucy was able to give us plenty of useful information about the various products to help our decision making. She wasn’t pushy or overbearing, she gave us plenty of “breathing space” to think over the options. She even made us both a coffee for while we sat and thought about things which was just superb. Also, she was able to throw in a couple of incentives to the purchase which is always nice. We have ended up spending a bit more than we were going to, but because of the way the whole process was conducted by Lucy, we are fully content that we have purchased exactly the right product for us. The Dreams sales person, Robert was extremely helpful explaining the merits of each mattress in detail. He was also very patient allowing considerable time for me to think about the. various mattresses and to try them for comfort etc. very personable.

I explained about my wife and myself about our back problems. Also about pins and needles in my shoulder. I have a firm mattress and have had it 2 years. The shop assistant explained why we where having these problems. Now purchased a medium mattress after the shop assist or manager explained. He was very helpful.
