We were served by sally and she gave great customer service very friendly and accommodating ! Her product knowledge was really good . We returned to the shop the next day after realising we had ordered the wrong size bed and this time the manager helped us! Again he was really friendly and helpful and sorted it straight away

Customer service from Sally and Bob was fantastic. We were offered a drink of water, not many stores do that, we were not rushed, we were given various options. All in all, we left the store feeling we had successfully achieved our goal for the afternoon.

The manager Bob and assistant Sammy were absolutely amazing! They were so understanding of my plight as my old mattress was causing me a lot of discomfort and stress. They explained everything about a memory foam mattress and they were really understanding of my needs as I have epilepsy.

Actually just popped into the store to take a look as I had been looking on line at memory foam mattresses. After talking to the sales assistant it transpired that it wasn’t really what I needed I was given the option of trying different types and ended up buying 2 natural mattresses that I am thrilled with I was also given different pillows to try which I have never done and bought 2 of those as well. There was no pushy sales just useful information to help me get what I needed. Would definitely buy from dreams again.

Customer service was fantastic, friendly and very helpfull, Lucy understood straight away our needs, very efficient and also gave us a very elaborated explanation of the different types of matressses.
