The man at the shop Antony was really helpful and did his best to find me what i was looking for.

Assistant was friendly but not overpowering. We came into the shop to browse but felt happy enough to order, something we rarely do on the same day.

Ellis, was very professional and helpful. She helped us choose our mattress at an easy relaxed pace, so that we were able to choose the mattress that was perfect for us.

As soon as we walked in Ellis greeted us with a friendly smile and asked if we needed help. We explained that we had been to Bensons before Dreams and Ellis was a lot more helpful, she knew the answer to all our questions and had the knowledge of the product she was selling. Sally was extra helpful in assisting us in choosing the right mattress and bed frame for us and was not pushy in trying to make a sale, but instead was very genuine and friendly. We were offered drinks, assistance in looking around and offered plenty of product knowledge.

As I am walking impaired I was worried about access. I was treated with friendliness and understanding as soon as I entered the door. I gave her my requirements and budget which was met in no time. We were even offered refreshment while the order was processed. It was an excellent shopping experience
