Staff member Ellis who helped us was very informative, polite and helpful, I had looked online prior to visiting the store so knew what I wanted to order, this item was in store for us to have a look at prior to buying which really helped in the decision

my wife originally went to the Dreams store to look at beds. instead of trying to sell her a bed they advised us both to go to store together to experience the Dreams Sleepmatch sensor bed to identify our best options. This identified a different option to those we had previously, incorrectly, presumed were best for us. Once we tried the Sleepmatch chosen option we realised we were in a different league altogether.

We didnt get appriached straight away and was able to look around first.also the great knowkedge and speediness of the colleague through the whole order process

Assistant made me feel very comfortable and talked me through my purchase with ease and confidence made me feel this was the purchase I wanted by trying the bed for my comfort

The staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpfully. Lots of variety mattress on desplay. Mr Bob - if I remember correct name- have very deep knowledge about mattress. The store is close to our house. Highly recommended
