Friendly, helpful, informative member of staff. Our questions were answered honestly and never felt pressured, if we had been we would have walked out. We looked the product we liked online, but came into the shop to see it close up and examine the mechanism etc. We then left to think things over and check out other places. We returned to Dreams as we liked the price and quality of the bed we had seen . When we returned a few days later the staff member remembered us. The paperwork was taken care of promptly and we are happy with our choice and the whole process

The too sales men that where dealing with us where brilliant and took great care of are grandson as well so 100% satisfied would definitely recommend these guy where the best

Tried the sleepmatch machine which helped us find the right mattress, Anthony was a lovely lad, knew what he was talking about and even got us to try some nice pillows and made us a brew
