I went in and was met with a warm welcome from Sally. She assisted us with finding the ideal mattress without imposing any sales agenda. Very happy.

James was very patient & understanding. He asked lots of questions & helped us realise what we were after. He was brilliant.

The guy was very helpful but didn’t bombard us when we walked in. He was able to answer all of our questions

Firstly due to the warm welcome by James. I also liked the layout of the store compared to other stores; the beds and other products are easily seen with plenty of room to look properly at each one. We also enjoyed the Sleepmaster experience. Our purchase was also quick and easy and we are happy to have found a lovely, comfortable bed and mattress at a great price!

We were attended straight away and James was very friendly and attentive to our needs for a good bed and mattress. We were quickly tested to see what mattress would be suitable; given a pillow according to our taste and very well looked-after! The layout of the store made our experience easier as everything was clean and easily accessible. Overall, a very positive, quick and pain-free experience!!

Great customer service and a great quote on the products I tested, they helped me with pillow choice as well as a new mattress which I wasn't expecting but am highly appreciative of and some beds had examples of the spring/foam insides next to them to you could very clearly see what you were getting with your mattress. The fabric bed came with fabric swatches which is great for those looking for a frame and the staff were happy to let me test the bed for my preference over and over without being angry I'd taken too lol as many other bed and mattress shops have done in the past. So over all a very great shop and company. Would 10/10 shop there again and I'll definitely be back if I need help buying a mattress again or a frame.

James was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, he was very friendly and took an interest in our needs. All the different options available to us was explained and we were not in any way rushed to make a decision. The store was well laid out and clean.
