We were assisted by a young man called james, he went through the specifics of everything, even taking the time to care for our health benefits and needs. We tested the perfect mattress machine and with the help from james we found the perfect mattress and bed frame, james also recommended Tempur cloud cool touch pillows as he said he personally used them and wouldn't want any other, which we also purchased. James made us feel very welcome, offering us tea and even knowing when to allow us alone time to make our decision. We had an enjoyable chat when we were processing our finance, james even offered product insurance and sold it in a genuine and sincere way, explaining the benefits from it in an honest way. We also purchased that. When we were leaving we asked james how long he had worked there as he knew so much about the products, he said 8 weeks! Got to give the guy credit.... he's bloody good at his job. Excellent 10/10
