We were greeted by “James” as we entered the store. He made us feel at ease straight away. He asked us if we already had an idea of what we wanted, which we did but had no idea of the options he gave us. He took on board the information we gave him and he asked if we would like to try the “personal mattress matching system” which we did. By now we were finding our experience fun!! He then showed us which mattresses were suited to us. All of which we tried with our “pillow” that he gave us with our own pillow case. During all this James was a delight. What a lovely young man with a wealth of knowledge of everything he showed us. I’m sure if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have walked away so happy with our purchase today. 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you James.

the customer service advisor james was excellent in explaining our needs and comfort in picking out a matress to suit us during this time were covid is causing a lot of nervousness around always asked if we were okay and did we need anything he gets 10 out 10 for his assistance .
